In September 2025, I co-delivered the keynote Human-Centered Futures: Reimagining Design for All with renowned designer Patricia Moore at the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) International Design Conference in Detroit. Our conversation reflected on the legacy of human-centered design, exploring how it can evolve to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. We spoke about empathy, inclusion, and responsibility, and how designers can take an active role in shaping fairer and more responsive futures.
